Author of several books of poetry and two novels His most important book is “Tres años para nacer, historia de un verdadero Machuca” (2002), on which the Chilean film Machuca (2004 was inspired. This book is about his experience as an integrated student, from low economic class, to an upper class high school.
Parraguez will present his first book translated to Swedish published in October 2010.
